Marketing Manager

Duties:
- manage multichannel communications (email marketing, social networks, instant messengers, blogs, video blogs)
- development of company’s social networks strategy (targeting the audience; creating and maintaining advertising campaigns; writing texts for posts on social networks; attracting new subscribers to social networks)
- develop promotional materials / layouts
- create content for company’s website (writing and editing texts; posting content on the site; updating data and information)
- develop media / content plan, report
- company reputation management in social networks
Requirements:
- Higher Marketing/Economics Education
- 3 or more years of work experience (investment or banking sector preferred)
- knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag manager, Yandex Metrika
- deep work experience with Google Adwords, Yandex Direct
- experience in parsing and audience segmentation (TargetHunter, myTarget, etc)
- design and copywriting skills: to understand how the text in social networks differs from the text in the newsletter, on the site, in the article / longread and in the presentation; know what selling texts are and understand how to write for different target audiences
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop; Corel Draw or others
- Deep knowledge of PowerPoint/Keynote and the ability to create effective presentations
- knowledge of Yandex and Google arranging algorithms
