Duties:

  • train and mentor investment consultants
  • team and sales management
  • new VIP prospects and clients acquisition for servicing (starting at USD 100k)
  • search for new investment opportunities, current situation analysis of the financial markets
  • sale of investment and insurance products, both local and international
  • maintain and advise existing clients on investment issues

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in banks TOP20 or investment companies TOP5. Last job held for at least one year at the same company
  • stable customer relationships, confirmed AUM>1bn rubles
  • leadership skills, desire to become a manager
  • higher economic education
  • upper-intermediate English or higher
  • certificate of FSFM 1.0, additional certificates are a plus
